Waacking
Explore expressive arm movements, posing, musicality, and choreography while developing your personal style in Waacking. The style originated in the 1970s Los Angeles club scene, created by Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ dancers as a form of self-expression through music, fashion, and movement.

Contemporary dance combines influences from ballet, jazz, and modern. Classes explore floor work, improvisation, and expressive choreography while focusing on musicality and movement quality. Barefoot or socks recommended.

Bollywood
Experience vibrant choreography inspired by the Hindi film industry, blending traditional Indian dance influences with modern styles. Expect high energy choreography and rhythms that celebrate cultural storytelling.

Krump
Learn the elements of Krump in a supportive class environment followed by a freestyle session where dancers can practice Krump fundamentals that they learn in class. Classes focus on foundational movements and freestyle. Wear comfortable sneakers and clothes you can move in.

Afrobeats
Movement inspired by contemporary African music and movement, with roots across West Africa. Expect to learn foundational grooves, footwork, and choreography while exploring musicality.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop dance originated from Black and Latin communities in the Bronx, New York during the 1970s as part of a larger cultural movement built around self-expression. Classes explore foundational grooves, party steps, and choreography.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates combines principles of strength, breath, control, and mindful movement. Classes focus on core strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled exercises performed on a mat. No experience required. Mats provided or bring your own!

Barre Fusion
Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, strength training, and functional movement, inspired by the precision and alignment of ballet technique. Classes use bodyweight exercises to build strength, balance, and endurance through repetition of low-impact, full-body movement. No dance experience required. Mats provided or bring your own!

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India, combining physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness. Classes focus on mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation while creating space to connect with your body through intentional movement. All levels welcome. Mats provided or bring your own!

Wear something that allows you to move comfortably and confidently. There are no requirements, choose clothing that helps you feel ready to move!
Heels Class:
Start in any block heel you may have at home! We recommend a lace up or zip up bootie style, and advise against wedges or platforms. Beginners are also welcome to start in socks or bare feet before transitioning into heels. You might opt for a stiletto style once you become more comfortable!
Kneepads or long pants that cover your knees are recommended for any floor work.

We are located off of Route 9 right next to the fire station. We recommend planning ahead to allow at least 5 minutes to find parking. When you arrive, the studio may be closed, please wait for the instructor to open the studio! Instructors typically arrive up to 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, but may arrive later. If there is a class in session, we ask that you wait outside - weather permitting.
Driving: Ample street parking is available along Boylston St, or just down Reservoir Rd.
Commuting: We are a 15 min walk from the Green Line, Resevoir (D) and Cleveland Cir (C).

Cancellations: Cancel up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time for a class credit. Cancellations made within 1 hour of class or no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.
Class Credits: Most class credits for our standard 90-minute classes are valid for 6 months. Some special guest passes, workshops, and programs may expire sooner. Please check for expiration based on the individual pass type.
Late Arrivals: All late arrivals are at the sole discretion of the instructor. If youβre arriving late, please do your best to minimize disruptions.
